Drag and drop does not work due to option not turned on.
Cause:
The 'Allow Cell Drag and Drop' check box in the 'Options' dialog box is not selected.
Solution:
Select the 'Allow Cell Drag and Drop' check box in the 'Options' dialog box.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options dialog box appears.)
2) Click the 'Edit' tab.
3) Select the 'Allow Cell Drag and Drop' check box.
